For items that develop faults within the initial 10 days, we will arrange a courier to collect them for assessment. If the issue arises after 10 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In cases of a toy exhibiting defects over time, many of our sex toys come with a limited warranty or guarantee (refer to the product’s specification details as some guarantees need to be registered upon purchase). You can return it for repair or replacement, but the original packaging must accompany the item. Refunds and repairs depend on the inspection report from the supplier or manufacturer.
