1. What do you include in your Packages?
We like the woman receiving the package to feel special, so without giving too much away, we keep this in mind when preparing your package.
2. How are your packages delivered?
We deliver all our packages in an unmarked box from our sister company "DB Wholesalers". As most of our shipping is free, we cannot guarantee delivery times, but advise on 2 to 5 business days.
3. Can I buy a toy even if I am in a relationship?
Most certainly. We stock a wide variety of couples toys but that drive a woman's pleasure. This is a great opportunity to make her feel extra special.
4. Do you have any toys for men?
The purpose of our business is to focus on women and their sensuality and pleasure. We feel these are often things overlooked, and since this is one of the ways to live a healthier lifestyle, we do not include toys for men. We do however stock toys that can be used by couples.
Shipping & Returns:
1. What is your return policy?
Because of the personal nature of the products we sell, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements once an order has been dispatched to you. However, should your product develop a fault while under the warranty period, please contact us and we'll gladly issue a replacement. We do not issue a refund or replacement on the accessories in the Fun 4 One Packages.
2. How do I return a product?
Please log a return with us first by emailing info@fun4one.co.za. We will then provide the return address. You will need to return it at your own cost.

1. How can I pay for my order?
Please add your product / package to your cart and check out. You may pay using our available Payment Gateways, being YOCO at this stage.
Guarantee's & Warranties
What is a Warranty?
Our brands offer different warranties ranging from 1 year to 5 years. This means that if anything happens to your toy which is a manufacturing fault, you will be issued a new one free of charge. The must not be any physical damage to the product.
What is a Guarantee?
A Guarantee is offered by some of our brands to extend the life of your sex toy. It is anything from 1 year to 10 years. This means that once the warranty is over, you will be offered a guarantee which will offer a discount towards another toy of your choice. Discounts vary per brand and are not set across the Fun4One website.
